Algae | Debris | CO2 serves as a ‘model exhibition’ for aesthetic and sustainable design. It is an exhibition, utility and event space in equal measure. The exhibition shows how people, technologies and material flows interact in a shared network and redefine knowledge. The exhibition venue is the former Zeeck department store, which opened in 1908 and tells an eventful story that lasted until the 2000s.
